Thank you for choosing our platform to post your premium roommate or flatmate listing. We strive to provide high visibility and reach through social media and other promotional channels. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Premium Listing Policy

Premium listings are designed to maximize exposure and remain active until the user manually removes them. Once a premium listing is published, it is immediately promoted across our network and social media channels. Due to the nature of digital promotion and instant visibility, premium listings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. No Refunds

All payments made for premium listings are final and non-refundable, regardless of listing duration or user activity. We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for unused time or early removal of listings.

3. Listing Removal

Users may remove their premium listing at any time through their dashboard. Removing a listing does not entitle the user to a refund or credit.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of technical errors or duplicate charges. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
